Hi, I’m Shirley Flanagan and I’m a Galway-based Regional Tour Guide from Co. Tipperary with a background in corporate life and a future in sharing the best of Galway with you!

My Galway Walking Tour tells you the stories behind the formation of this 800-year-old City – its invasion, buildings and its people.  I talk too about Irish customs, superstitions, music and how Galwegians live now, showing you around cute residential streets and through areas loved by the locals.

My tour can also be tweaked to add specific group interests…. just let me know and I’ll devise a tailor-made tour quicker than you can say “Give me the full facts but make it interesting!”

I can also act as a hop-on guide for bus/ car tours around Connemara, the Burren and the Cliffs of Moher.
